Overview
The Seller is responsible for setting up a refund and return policy since the Seller is the one who ships the items. If a Buyer has any issues with the delivery of the items then the Buyer should contact the Seller for further details. DeadBay is not responsible at all for refunds or returned items. If the Seller does not state refund or a return policy then DeadBay recommends that the Buyer should reach out to the Seller through messaging on DeadBay.net.
If there is no response from the Seller or the Seller is not helpful then the Buyer should reach out the Bank to dispute the transaction.
